Terms and Conditions
Eligibility Criteria:
The CoLab Referral Programme is open to any individual or company, with the exception of existing CoLab contractors. Participants do not need to be existing or prior clients of CoLab..
Self-referrals or referrals to one's own company are not permitted. Referrals must be made to a third party not associated with the referrer's business interest.
Referral Process:
Referrals must be made by introducing the potential client to CoLab via email.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make.
Reward Structure:
Referrers will receive a reward equal to 10% of the GST-exclusive amount charged to the referred client, with a maximum reward of $1,000 per referral.
No minimum contracted amount is required to qualify for a referral reward.
A bonus reward of $1,000 will be provided for every 5 successful referrals.
Reward Payment:
Referral rewards will be paid to the referrer via bank transfer after the referred client has paid their invoices. For fixed-fee jobs paid in advance, the reward will be paid as soon as the fixed fee is paid. For jobs invoiced monthly, the reward will be paid after each client invoice is paid, up to the $1,000 maximum.
The bonus $1,000 reward for 5 successful referrals will be paid as soon as the fifth contract is signed.
Referrers are responsible for any tax obligations associated with the referral rewards they receive.
Programme Duration:
The CoLab Referral Programme will run until December 31, 2023. Referrals or new clients introduced before this date will be honoured, even if the job is contracted or invoiced throughout 2024.
Disqualifications and Limitations:
Referrals may be disqualified if it is determined that the referrer and the referred client are the same individual or company, or if the referral was made to a business entity associated with the referrer. In such cases, referral rewards will not be paid for any invoices, even if the referred client has already paid them before the disqualification was identified.
For other cases, referral rewards will be paid for any invoices paid by the referred client up until the point of contract cancellation, if applicable.
CoLab reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at its discretion, without prior notice or obligation.
